As we age, our bodies change.  If you are a bit older - you don't need me to tell you that!  The younger client might focus on increasing their size and strength, or running that 10K in record time.   For us baby boomers, we focus on different goals;   activities of daily living, general health, keeping our flexibility, recovery from injury, all while improving our over all state of wellness.   Often we have existing problems or limitations that limit our ability to perform the traditional exercises.  If this is the case for you - I am your personal trainer.  


Here is a secret - I have been active my entire life, swimming through high school, intramural volleyball, and company softball teams, coaching my sons' various teams.   I didn't start my karate training until I was 36.  I made the decision to escape the corporate world and become a personal trainer just 6 months before my 50th birthday.   As I have aged, I have modified my approach to training myself, researched effective routines, and programmed for the limits I have.  I will bring this knowledge and understanding to the table when we work together to develop a fitness routine that is tailored to your goals and current level of fitness and capability.
