Mullica Hill Fit offers a variety of fitness training options. All of our programs focus on your goals and are based on your current fitness levels. With Mullica Hill Fit, there are no one-size fits all approaches that you find at many gyms. As our tag line states - Your Body. Your Goals. I understand that each individual is different and the optimal fitness program means working with those differences.
Personal Training in your home. I come to you - whether you have a full home gym or just a corner of the family room to work out in, I can create a fitness routine that works for you. I focus on your goals and work within your current fitness level to help get you where you want to be.
Personal Training in our facility. Want to work out away from home? Great! After meeting and understanding your goals and designing your fitness plan, you can workout at the 33 South Main Street location or in my new "home based" gym at 51 Turtle Creek Drive. Both in Mullica Hill (Harrison Twp. 08062), NJ.
Personal Training in the gym of your choice. Do you want to get a "more personal" personal training experience than you receive at the local gym? Many gyms allow you to work with your own trainer within their facility. If you already belong to a gym, ask them if you can bring your trainer with you. If not, I can still help you get the results you are looking for by creating a self-guided program of cardio, strength training, flexibility, and nutrition that will help you meet your goals.
At the Office!! - Yes - you can!. Do you work somewhere where you can find the time during the day to get your workout in? I can bring your workout to you at work. Using resistance bands, small free weights, and a variety of other options, I can help you get that workout done at lunch or during an afternoon break. Maybe you can get a group of co-workers together to work out with you. I offer small group fitness instruction as well.
Cardio Kickboxing Classes. This energizing and fun class is offered at our 33 South Main Street location in Mullica Hill. We offer morning and evening classes to work within your schedule. Classes are 45 minutes and include warm-up, cardio, focused strength work and stretching. Cardio Kickboxing is a great way to have fun with a group of friends and make new ones.
